I’ve always loved sunsets, especially when the clouds turn pink. Matthew knew that and never missed a chance to give me a hard time about it.

On a day that changed our family forever, we watched the sunrise, heard a little thunder, and, as the day came to a close, saw one of the most incredible sunsets I had ever seen. The clouds were filled with pink. I smiled because I could almost hear Matthew teasing me.

That is why sunsets have a place on Faith According to Kevin. They remind me of Matthew, and they remind me to pause and look for God’s fingerprints. The more I look, the more I realize they were there all along.
